Chloë Faulkner is a 500hr Prana Vinyasa® teacher and has been fortunate to have studied with many wonderful teachers internationally and has been most inspired and influenced by her teacher Shiva Rea. Chloë teaches mindful, fluid vinyasa flow classes inspired by Shiva Rea’s Prana Vinyasa® methodology. Prana Vinyasa® is a creative, energetic and dynamic methodology of embodying the essence of yoga. Classes include flowing postures, creative sequencing, breath work and meditation that guide us deeper into the state of flow.
Chloë has also diversified her practice by studying Ayurvedic Yoga Massage with Ananta Sylvain Girard and Sound Healing and Vocal Toning with the wonderful Anne Malone.
Forever a student, Chloë is passionate about the art of living with awareness, of consciously moving, speaking and connecting to the world with kind and loving attention.

An Anusara-inspired teacher, Katy Bateman is thrilled to share her passion for a school of yoga that has helped shaped not just her practice, but her emotional and spiritual life.
Initially teaching children's yoga through SE London, Katy was able to combine her degree in Drama, Applied Theatre and Education to help children learn yoga through play, engage with their imaginations, and feel confident expressing themselves verbally, physically and emotionally.
Katy will often encourage you to talk to each other and use partner work during classes as she is passionate about yoga's ability to find connection: not just with individuals' bodies, breath, and mind, but to also connect to the people and world around them. She strongly believes that the combination of both is the key to spiritual growth. One of her greatest hopes is that we are able to build friendships, and community, in and out of the classroom.
